The law firm of Elkins & Freedman was established in 1979. It is composed of four attorneys with over 60 years of combined bankruptcy and marital and family experience and it has six offices located throughout South Florida . We represent individuals and small businesses in financial difficulty. We have filed well over 15,000 bankruptcies and over 10,000 divorces since the firm's inception. We offer evening and Saturday appointments in most of our locations.

Graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1975. He obtained his Law Degree from Nova University in 1978. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1975. He obtained his Law Degree from Nova University in 1978. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978 and has been practicing law since 1979. He is qualified to practice in federal court in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has handled several thousand cases in the areas of bankruptcy and divorce. Mr. Elkins is married and has three sons and two step-sons.

Richard L. Freedman
Graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1974. He obtained his Law Degree from Nova University in 1978. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1979 and has been practicing law sine 1979. He is qualified to practice in federal court in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida . He has handled several thousand cases in the areas of bankruptcy and divorce. Mr. Freedman is married and has one son.

Robert A. Feldman

He is qualified to practice in federal court in the Southern District of Florida. He has handled several thousand cases in the areas of bankruptcy and divorce. Mr. Feldman is married and has one daughter.

He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and has been practicing law sine 1997. He is qualified to practice in federal court in the Middle District of Florida.
